A diversified portfolio with over 12 products and an extensive distribution network spanning over 12 countries & 100 customers.
First incorporated in 1939 with India’s first Soda Ash factory in Dhrangadhra, Gujarat, DCW has steadily evolved over 8 decades to become one of the country’s fastest growing chemical companies.
Through the years, we have diversified our product portfolio, transitioning from commodity to intermediate and specialty chemicals, focused heavily on capital expansion and innovated new products and processes.
A Niche & Diversified
By strategically investing in specialty chemicals and de-bottlenecking the commodity chemical business, we now have a balanced portfolio of value and volume-based products.
Over time, we have evolved into specialty chemicals such as Synthetic Rutile, SIOP and C-PVC.
These chemicals can be used to manufacture other more complex products or can be sold directly based on prevailing market conditions.
Certain key products such as Soda Ash and PVC have seen steady growth in emerging markets due to the sheer number of their applications.
We aim to move towards a high-margin high-volume business and scale up capacity for all our products in the short and medium-term. Our relentless focus on operational excellence and cost competitiveness is facilitating us to create sustainable and consistent value for our stakeholders.
