DCW exports its Synthetic Rutile to major global consumers like TOHO Titanium Co, Osaka Titanium Technologies Co & Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha in Japan, Chemours Titanium in USA and TOR Minerals in Malaysia. SIOP gets exported to large consumers like Colorbiotics, A brand of MBCC Group & Venator LLC in USA.

Over the last decade, we have focused on major Capex by re-engineering both plants to maximise output as well as, handle increasing demand for specialty chemicals.
Sahupuram, Tamil Nadu
ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 28000 Certified, the Sahupuram Works of DCW Limited are located in the South Indian State of Tamil Nadu about 30 km from the nearest port at Tuticorin. In addition to the chemical works, the Company has also created a township and a Cogeneration Power Plant of 58.27 MW capacity to meet the entire power requirement of the complex.
There is also a Transit Terminal at the Tuticorin Port to store and transfer Vinyl Chloride Monomer, the raw material used in the manufacturing process of PVC.

Dhrangadhra, Gujarat
DCW’s growth foundation was laid with the start up of India’s first Soda Ash Plant at Dhrangadhra, a small principality in the state of Gujarat. Over time, in order to keep pace with technological advancements, the plant was modernized to its present combined capacity of 122,000 TPA of Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarbonate and Ammonium Bicarbonate.
In order to cater to its captive salt needs, a salt works was set up at Kuda in Gujarat to produce the salt required for the production process.
